ARTIST STATEMENT:
I have been fascinated with photography most of my life but only in the last decade have I begun a serious endeavor as a photographer. Landscape photography is my main interest with old abandoned buildings and street scenes in the mix. I love the photographic journey where capturing the moment always surpasses the quest. To see what the camera sees and what your mind’s eye desires for a final image is an art to be learned. Although I go into the field with ideas of what I want, there will always be an opportunity that will present itself. The idea is to “capture the moment”.
