Congratulations to FAA Member Phawnda Moore – Phawnda received the New Generation Indie Book Award for her book “Lettering From A to Z”.

The Gala Awards were held at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington DC. The 12th annual event recognized entries from all 50 US states, Canada, and international countries.

Printmaking Open Studio at the Folsom Art Center at 48 Natoma * every Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This new open studio is for artists age 18+ with previous printmaking and printing press experience. Bring your own supplies and enjoy working on your craft and sharing ideas with other artists. The open studio takes place every Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the 48 Natoma Art Center; drop-in fee is $10/day.
